Amer was able to work at United Wholesale Mortgage from 2016 until 2018 under Mat Ishbia’s mentorship. Mat Ishbia is the owner of United Wholesale Mortgage and The Phoenix Suns. Amer also received mentoring from Anthony Casa, an industry veteran. Amer gained invaluable knowledge from this experience. Amer founded his company in 2018, also called the Bally Team. He wanted to have a major impact on the industry. Amer rose from being the number three mortgage professional in the country to the number two spot within a short time. He then claimed the number one position.
Amer’s career, however, took a surprising turn after he was accused of scamming and fraud. Amer maintained integrity and faced the allegations head on, despite the disturbing accusations. Eventually, a court hearing proved that Amer was not guilty of RESPA or fraud accusations, but rather had been performing unlicensed work during the transition between brokerages. Amer was not deterred from the difficulties he encountered and founded Be All in October 2022. Be All Coaching and Consulting, founded in October 2022 with the unique vision to become more than a consultant or coach but a real partner for loan officers and broker. Amer’s goal was to dig deep into each company, identify areas of improvement and provide guidance on how to improve existing practices. Amer worked with people at every level of an organization to help them develop discipline, accountability and a sharp eye for opportunity.
