This initiative was announced by Gulf Air, Bahrain Airport Company, and Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority and began on July 5, 2023. It is valid for layovers lasting five to 24 hours starting July 5. 2023.
Passengers can enjoy Bahrain’s landmarks and historic hotspots during a tour provided by Gulf Air, BAC, and Bahrain Tourism & Exhibitions Authority; Kanoo Travel will handle transportation. This service aims to give those spending long hours at the Airport the experience of Bahrain they would not otherwise get.
